What to do when keymaps are not working during PC mode?

Check whether OSLink on the app and PC shows a "Driver Abnormality" prompt, and click "Fix Now" to resolve it.

If it still doesn't work after clicking "Fix Now," follow these steps:

1. For Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems: Make sure Core Isolation Integrity is turned off. If it isn't off, turn it off and restart your computer before trying again.

2. For Windows 7 systems: Check if you have this patch installed. If not, download and install this patch (KB4474419):

3. If everything above is fine, reinstall OSLink on your computer from the official website: www.oslink.io.
