This OSLink Customer Agreement (this "Agreement") contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the OSLink app("app", as defined below) and is an agreement between OSLINK TECHNOLOGY CO.，LIMITED (“OSLink," "we," "us," or "our") and you or the entity you represent ("you").
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the OSLink. By accessing or using any part of the App, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the APP or use any services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by OSLink, acceremance is expressly limited to these terms.
OSLink reserves the right to change the terms of its Agreement at any time. If we do change this Agreement, we will post the changes on this App or Web site. We encourage you to review this agreement each time you visit our Web site to make sure you understand our current policy on collecting and using information collected through our APP or Web site.
1. Definitions
OSLink refers to a application software, which developed by OSLINK TECHNOLOGY CO.，LIMITED, you can download from our website ( www.OSLink.io ) and install & apply in the related terminal of mobile & PC.OSLink provides you with remote control from various devices running in the cloud.Any separate charges, responsibility or obligations you incur in your dealings with the third parties are your responsibility. We make no representation or warranty regarding any content, goods and/or services contained in such Third Party and will not be liable for any claim relating thereto. The Third Party including third-party websites are subject to their own terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices.
2. Disclaimers
The service offerings are provided "AS IS." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory of otherwise regarding the services offerings or the Third Party Content, including any warranty that the service offerings or Third Party content will be uninterruremed, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any content, including your content or the Third Party content, will be secure or not otherwise lost or damaged. We exercise no control over Third Party, and OSLink has no responsibility for their content, goods, services, performance, operation, availability, business practices or policies. If you decide to access any of these Third Party, you do so entirely at your own risk.
3. Services License
3.1 You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on OSLink.
3.2 You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
3.3 You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
3.4 You will not upload content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
3.5 You will not use OSLink to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
3.7 You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement or our policies.OSLink reserves the right to determine what conduct it considers to be in violation of the rules of use or otherwise outside the intent or spirit of these Terms of Service or the Service itself.OSLink reserves the right to take action as a result, which may include terminating your Account and prohibiting you from using the Service in whole or in part.
3.8 You will not get VIP from any third parties. You can only get VIP by registering for OSLink or purchasing in OSLink APP.
4. Termination
If you violate any clauses of the Agreement, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for us, we can stop providing all or part of our services to you.
5. Amendments
5.1 We'll notify you before we make changes to these terms and give you the opportunity to review and comment on the revised terms before continuing to use our Services
5.2 If we make changes to policies, guidelines or other terms referenced in or incorporated by this Statement, we may provide notice on the App.
5.3 Your continued use of the OSLink Services, following notice of the changes to our terms, policies or guidelines, constitutes your acceremance of our amended terms, policies or guidelines
6. Your privacy
We will do our best to prevent the loss, misuse or alternation of your personal information submitted to the site, including your e-mail address and password, but can not be held responsible in case anything should happen.
Your e-mail address will not be publicly available and will not be sold to any third party, but in case you use our services such as requests and feedbacks the recipients will receive your relevant details as they are needed to handle your request.
7. Fees and Purchase Terms
The provision commences immediately upon acceremance byOSLink of your purchase.
7.1.Paid Services
OSLink provides you with a VIP service that can remotely control various devices

7.2. Charges
LDCloud is billed once a year, excerem for the first 3 days as a special free trial. When your useful time expires, the service will automatically terminate. If you want more useful time, you can renew your purchase.

7.3 Price Revision
OSLink may revise the pricing for the services at any time. Price changes for paid services will take effect at the start of the next purchase following the date of the price change.
7.4 Refund
