Diablo 4 Season 15, officially titled Season of Hell’s Legacy, brings one of the biggest surprises of the anniversary season: 19 Legacy Runewords inspired by classic Diablo II gear. Unlike the standard Ritual + Invocation Rune system, these DIABLO 4 S15 runewords are crafted by placing a compatible white base item and the required runes into the Horadric Cube.
This DIABLO 4 Season 15 Runewords list covers all 19 known recipes, including their equipment types, rune combinations, major effects, and the builds or classes that benefit from them most.

OSLink lets you remotely access your PC from your phone. That makes it easier to continue farming runes, checking your inventory, or progressing through Season of Hell’s Legacy when you are away from your desk without giving up the PC version.

Which Runewords Should You Craft First?
If you are looking for a quick DIABLO 4 runewords tier list rather than crafting every recipe immediately, a few options clearly stand out.
Spirit is one of the Spirit is one of the best general recommendations because +5 All Skills, Attack Speed and a 50% damage multiplier can benefit many builds. Enigma is the premium mobility option, especially because it gives non-Sorcerer characters access to a Teleport-style Evade.
For high-end damage, Infinity offers an extremely strong multiplier against nearby Vulnerable enemies, while Grief is particularly attractive for fast melee setups. Call to Arms becomes much stronger when your build can consistently maintain a Shout effect.
For leveling, Lore, Stealth, Spirit, Insight and King’s Grace are easier options to build around before spending rare high-tier runes.
One important correction for Season 15 players: Stealth no longer grants Enigma’s Teleport power. That interaction came from an unintended Transfiguring bug and was removed shortly after the season launched. If you specifically want Teleport on Evade, you need Enigma.

The Runewords introduced in Diablo 4 Season 15 give players much more freedom to build around classic effects, strong skill bonuses, mobility, survivability, and new stats such as Deadly Strike and Crushing Blow. Before spending rare runes like Jah, Ber, Lo, or Vex, make sure the base item fits your build.
