Hysilens Overviews
Role & Core Mechanics
Hysilens is a DPS character who excels at stacking four unique DOT states (Wind Shear, Bleed, Burn, and Shock) through her Talent, which applies one per ally attack, prioritizing different ones.
When she uses her Ultimate, she deploys a Zone that makes enemies take an extra Physical DOT every time they get hit by DOT damage (up to 8 times per round), and cuts enemy attack by 15% and defense by 25%, making her great for both dealing damage and supporting the team.
Core Advantages
• Multiple DOT hits: Her Talent "Sirenic Serenade" means any attack we throw can add DOT to enemies, and it'll focus on types they don't already have, stacking up all 4 kinds super fast.
• Extra damage boost: Her Bonus Ability "The Fiddle of Pearls" turns Effect Hit Rate above 60% into more damage (every extra 10% Effect Hit Rate = 15% more damage, up to 90%). When the Effect Hit Rate120%, there will be 90% damage bonus.
• Great for DOT team: The Zone she deploys cuts enemy ATK/DEF, her Skill makes enemies more vulnerable, and her 1-Star Eidolon bumps up the whole team's DOT damage by 16% (that's a separate boost), making her a solid pick for all sorts of DOT teams.
Trace Priority
Ultimate > Skill > Talent > Basic ATK
- Ultimate (Maelstrom Rhapsody): Her core damage skill. Deploys a zone, reduces enemy stats, and triggers extra Physical DoT—highest priority.
- Skill (Overtone Hum: Chorus After Dark Tides): Gives 20% Vulnerability to the team for 3 turns, boosting overall damage—second priority.
- Talent (Sirenic Serenade): The heart of her DoT application. Increasing its level raises base DoT damage—third priority.
- Basic Attack (Aeolian Mode: Echoes in Still Waters): Only for generating Skill Points, minimal damage—skip if resources are tight.

Signature Light Cone: Why Does the Ocean Sing
- Stats at Lv80: 635 ATK, 40% Effect Hit Rate (Superimposition 1).

Relic Recommendations
Outer Set: Prisoner in Deep Confinement 4-piece
2-piece: ATK +12%.
4-piece: For each DoT on enemies, Hysilens ignores 6% DEF (max 18% with 3 stacks)
Why it works: She quickly stacks 4 DoTs, guaranteeing max DEF ignore—great for Physical DoT!
Alternative: Wastelander of Banditry Desert 4-piece
Quantum damage increase, suitable for teams with Quantum teammates.
Inner Set: Revelry by the Sea 2-piece
2-piece: +24% DoT damage when ATK ≥ 3600
Why it works: Kafka’s Skill gives 100% ATK boost, and Huo Huo’s Ultimate makes it easy to hit 3600 ATK for full bonus!
Alternative: Space Sealing Station 2-piece
+12% ATK, extra 12% ATK when Speed ≥ 120—balances speed and damage.

Hysilens Team Composition Recommendations
Best DoT Team
Hysilens + Kafka + Black Swan + Huo Huo
Hysilens: Stacks DoTs, provides Vulnerability/DEF reduction.
Kafka: detonates all active DoTs with her Skill and Ultimate for massive burst damage.
Black Swan: Stacking Omen layers (each layer increases damage by 1%, max 30 layers), synergizing with Hysilens’s DOT.
Huo Huo: Team energy regeneration + ATK buffer, alleviating Skill Point pressure.
Rotation: Hysilens Skill to apply vulnerability → Kafka Skill to detonate → Black Swan Skill to stack Omen → Huo Huo Skill to heal.
When the enemy acts, DOT → Omen settlement → Hysilens's physical DOT, forming a "triple jump".
Best for: Forgotten Hall, tough bosses (needs frequent DoT triggers).
Damage Buffer Team
Hysilens + Kafka + Ruan Mei + Aventurine
Ruan Mei: +20% team ATK, +30% Crit DMG (boosts direct damage even if DoTs don’t crit).
Aventurine: Shields + Skill Point recovery (use “Cosmic Market Trends” LC for survival).
Advantages:
Ruan Mei’s buffs outperform Black Swan’s in single-target fights with fewer enemies.
Low-budget Transition Team
Hysilens + Kafka + Sampo + Gallagher
-Sampo: Adds Weathered DoT, reduces Wind RES.
-Gallagher: ATK buff + freeze utility (more safety).
Advantages: 4-star characters are easy to obtain, suitable for new players to transition, low cost and simple operation.
Should You Pull Hysilens?
If you have Kafka/Black Swan (DoT teams): YES
She’s the final piece for DoT comps! E1 alone boosts team damage by 30%+ and makes rotations smoother.
If you don’t play DoT teams: Skip
Pela (DEF shred) + Sampo (DoTs) can replace her, and she’s not versatile outside DoT comps.
New players: Pull Kafka first
Without Kafka, Hysilens’s DoTs won’t detonate enough—her damage will feel weak.
Resource Allocation Priority
Eidolons > Light Cone: Eidolon 1 provides much higher enhancement than exclusive Light Cone, which can be replaced by “Reforged Remembrance” or “Those Many Springs”.
Relic Priority: First stack 120% Effect Hit Rate, then pursue Speed and ATK (ATK target 3600+, Speed 134+).
Strength Comparison
vs. Black Swan: Hysilens is “support + sub-DPS”; Black Swan is pure damage—they complement, don’t replace each other.
vs. Jiaoqiu: Jiaoqiu excels at AoE DoTs; Hysilens is better for single-target, high-frequency DoTs.
That’s everything you need to build Hysilens! She needs lots of materials, so we recommend using OSLink with LDPlayer—set up custom keybinds/scripts to cut farming time by 50% and get her battle-ready fast!
