What should I do if OSLink indicates that the installation has failed?

There are generally two situations when prompting installation failure:

 

1. The installation package is damaged, the installation package fails to load, the installation package fails to lock, and the installation package fails to decompress.

Solution:

Go to the OSLink official website to download the latest computer version and reinstall it; OSLink official website: https://www.oslink.io/en

 

2. Failed to delete old version

Solution:

Open the task manager and manually terminate capture.exe. If it cannot be terminated, consider whether you have administrator rights. For example, on an office computer, you can consult the company's IT administrator to enable permissions.
